Mark Twain once quipped that "the reports of my death are greatly exaggerated". Luckily for him, he wasn't dead. As big of a joke that must have been for the esteemed American author, reports of death are not to be taken lightly. But who are we kidding? Here we are, making an album, after an absence in this music industry rivaling that of the Chicago Cubs and the World Series. However, death, like life, offers an interesting insight on humanity and society. If one purportedly dies, society does them the great (in)justice of saying what they thought of the departed, whether good, bad, or just indifferent. We've been there and done that. We've pulled a Spock and came back to life, even if not entirely the same band, or even the same people. In our disappearance, this band has seen the reaction and felt the withdrawal.
