Always Wanting What You Can't Have

Date Released: 9/14/2011   Tracks: 10   Sales: 6   Listens: 7

The modern day American hair band known as Firecharged! is back with their 11th studio album. On this record, the overall theme of jealousy is found throughout. The band feels like they screwed up on their last album, Saturday Night Appetite. The goal on this one was to make a fun, trendy, rock n' roll album that anyone could enjoy. Firecharged! knows who they are and felt that over analyzing their music has set them back a bit. Always Wanting What You Can't Have features the hit single "Dirty Little Rockstar (She's All Mine)" which features up-and-coming metal singer Johnny Steele (not the whole band, just the guy). Also includes "White Lights, White Trash", & "Jack N' Coke" (a song Jack Lynch wrote, admitting to his drinking problem). Mr. Lynch wrote "Jack N' Coke" as a way of coming to terms with aging and the struggles of being a famous musician. He certainly seems proud of his drinking and has no problem admitting it. the band is: Jack Lynch-Lead Vocals/Guitar Miles Vega-Bass Chuck Turner-Drums Recorded at Firecharged! Records

All Over Again (Single)

Date Released: 12/5/2011   Tracks: 1   Sales: 6   Listens: 7

Fragment Shelter has had a rough year. Two of their original members left the group in the Fall. They've also had trouble writing new material due to lack of inspiration. During these rough times, Shane Osiris is quoted as saying "We've been through a lot. Collectively, we are now stronger for all we've endured over the year. We will miss Fred and Hal, but I wish them the best in their musical careers. I've learned a lot about myself and I've grown tremendously. Fragment Shelter has not disappeared and will be releasing more new material soon." All Over Again is a song about fear and regret. Sometimes we are so unsure of the right decisions to make that we second guess ourselves. Life is stressful, and sometimes there is no way around it. Sometimes, each day can feel like a nightmare that is happening all over again. Learning to cope with these issues in a healthy way is the best way around it. Enjoy! Kranky (Deluxe Edition)

Date Released: 2/29/2012   Tracks: 20   Sales: 10   Listens: 17

Stonekrank's 13th studio album, and long-awaited follow-up to Requiem, is finally here. As the name implies, Kranky is one of the more angry SK records. On the flipside, this record is balanced out by a few slower songs. The band took their time with this one and hopefully it pays off. "Shout it Loud" is another hard rock anthem sure to get you pumped up for anything. The song is about voicing your opinion and taking a stand. Songs like "Kranky As Hell (Didn't Sleep Well)", "Somebody Break Something", and "Bullet In My Brain" rock hard with the bands signature sound that we're all used to by this point. Ballads like "Disguises", "Danyell", and "Heaven's Touch" should put you in a bit of a more mellow mood. At the same time, these songs are all very enjoyable and the lyrics are really catchy. This Deluxe Edition of Kranky features the 10 original songs recorded for the album plus 4 bonus tracks including the band's already-heard cover of Seether's "Country Song". As a special added bonus, the band also included a hidden bonus track cover of AC/DC's "It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock n' Roll). They weren't originally going to release it on this album, but went ahead and did it anyway since they have recently become the new Top Band! The guys had been promising themselves they'd release it if they became the Top Band and now they are. Enjoy! Red Flames Rising return with an explosive (and long overdue) new album simply called Sick Of Your Burden. The band's 8th studio album is one of those more angry, get-directly-to-the-point with no nonsense kind of albums and the message is straightforward. The song, "Sick Of Your Burden" is about continually being fed up with how others treat you and taking a stand. Other notable tracks include "Revolution Smacks You In The Face", which by the way has a killer bass solo courtesy of "Blood-Thirsty" Jim, as well as "The Bribe", "Outrageously Outspoken", and "Up Shit's Creek". Kranky As Hell (Didn't Sleep Well) - Single

Date Released: 4/4/2012   Tracks: 2   Sales: 7   Listens: 7

The second official single off Stonekrank's latest, Kranky. This is pretty much the title track and one the heaviest songs on the album. As the title implies, it's one of those purely pissed off songs (think along the lines of Limp Bizkit's "Break Stuff"), but more of a screaming style than rapping. We all have those moments when we just wanna punch a whole in the wall. Those are the days when nothing seems to go your way, from the moment you wake up, hence the "Didn't Sleep Well" part. This song is a great way to blow off some steam and makes for a great mosh-pit, when played live. It definitely has similarities to other Stonekrank tracks, but they've never written a song quite like this before. "Kranky As Hell" is full of aggression and sick drum beats. It also has some pretty jammin' guitar riffs courtesy of Mike Schmidt. Lyrically, this song is catchy and fun to sing along to, although very fast paced. *Turn this disc over to side 2 and place in any computer or DVD player to see the brand new music video for this song, which the band just filmed last week. See all of ya on the Tour of Destruction. Enjoy! David Stone-Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar Paul Donahue-Bass/Backing Vocals Mike Schmidt-Lead Guitar Ronnie Jenkins-Drums Released by TooMuchTooYoungTooFast Records

Man Vs. Beast

Date Released: 5/21/2012   Tracks: 13   Sales: 4   Listens: 4

Sleeping Through The Apocalypse are back after extensive touring. This is their 7th studio album, Man Vs. Beast, and follow up to Death Eternal. The band has definitely been known for releasing some heavy shit in the past, but this record may have pushed their limits even further... Featuring the singles "Man Vs. Beast" & "Ghoulfriend". This album is hard-hitting and jams pretty much all the way through (the apocalypse). The only song that slows things down a bit is the acoustic track "Tell Me Your Name". Also includes a guest appearance by Rodney Rockefeller, best known for his work as Johnny Steele's lead guitarist. Vocals-Johnny "Snowman" Snyder Guitars-Wes Roland Bass-Paul Jayman Drums-Stan Hunter Recorded at Firecharged! Records
