The Crusaders wrote most of the songs on this album while they were camping on a lake. the songs were written on their acoustic guitars, leaves, peices of bark and whatever else they could find. when in the studio recording the worst rat race one of the bass amp heads cought on fire and created a terrible deep screeching sound that the band incorperated into the song.overall this album only cost $715 dollars to record.
