Lazlo Fletcher, 34, Host of the radio program "The Lazlo Fletcher Show." The show covers topics such as Alien Abduction, Conspiracies, Cryptozoology, Military Technology and far stranger topics, brought up weekly by callers willing to confide their stupid ideas and whack-job beliefs.
As blatantly untrue as the mass majority of the content on the show is, occasionally someone accidentally stumbles onto something real, and this has gained Lazlo a almost cult-like following by easily deluded internet users.
While his broadcast on 1040 AM (Your news-talk leader for the Lower Squashabash Valley, Landonville and surrounding regions) reaches only 3500 individuals, (on what is rated the weakest remaining commercial AM transmitter in North America) the internet version of his broadcast has over 55,000 regular listeners, some of whom donated money for Fletcher to create a series of spoken word recordings on his beliefs and views.
Fun Fact:
In 2006 Lazlo was tried in Landonville Municipal Court for "Improper Conduct with a Simulated Female" and found guilty of the charge. A clip of him shouting "I built her, and I can have her any damn way I please!" at a stunned courtroom has recently topped two and a half million hits on the internet site "Blewtube.com"
