Band Bio
Lilith (Lili), Keaira, Adrian, Corey started their band in highschool. Lili and Keaira loved to sing and both had been in multipule music classes. The only problem was that they didn't like the kind of music the teachers had them do, so they both learned piano and guitar (Keaira bass guitar). They then started a band, with Lili singing lead and Keaira back up. It didn't really take off because it was only the two of them and, the name was kinda lame. They both liked some of the more darker things and were both called "emo" many times. The name of their band was Ratri, which meant night...too bad no one got it.
So, they held auditions for two others to join, one would play the drums and another would be back up guitar. Adrian, Keaira's brother, audtioned and, they both accepted, grudgingly, that he was the best to be in the band. Later on, a transfer from Romania, Corey, audtioned and became the band's drum player.
All agreed that the name wasn't very understandable and nobody related to it, so they picked out their favorite poison. Cyanide won the contest and Lili suggested it should have something to do with kissing or romance. So, pretty much death and love together. Corey suggested Lips Laced With Cyanide and it was perfect.
After high school the four of them went to CU Boulder for the arts and slowly grew in the eyes of their peers.
The rest of their story? It hasn't happened yet. YOU are their story, the fans, their music. It's all thats important to them. Make it happen, let them become big like they are meant to be.
