Band Bio
Dirty Sanchez and the Chili Dogs is a super group made up of members from the bands Uncle Chinga and Uno, Dos, Tres. What they lack in originality, they more than make up for with musicianship and stage presence. They hold the record for sell-out shows in Southern Mexico in venues smaller than 1000 seats.
They were formed on the mean streets of El Cabra Loco, Mexico. Little is known about the origins of the band other than the fact that they were the first metal mariachi band to be scouted stateside.
They were discovered by the lead singer of Pincher Nipple, Johnson, while on vacation. After seeing the show, Johnson went backstage and met with the band. After several hours of doing body shots of Cabo off of the Dirty Sanchez groupies, Johnson convinced the band to hop the fence, so to speak, and come to Atlanta. Johnson was later quoted as saying, "I don't have a f**kin' clue what they were sayin' man, but it felt like they were sayin' it to me."
Once in Atlanta, they band found an immediate audience in the club scene. Johnson introduced them to reps from Log Chain Records and they soon found themselves with a record deal. Dirty Sanchez has been working feverishly on putting out an album in time to coincide with their upcoming tour.
For some unknown reason, there has been a problem with getting any information about the band in regards to names or personal identification. The band was quoted as saying, "Papers? we don't need no stinkin' papers!" They later added, "We rock your village, then we take your women."
Dirty Sanchez and the Chili Dogs. Coming soon to a village near you.
