Band Bio
The Bacon Grabbers come from the heart and soul of the country; they feel the pain; they live the life; they enjoy their bacon.
Either picking and grinning on an old Dobro or emitting some skeezy, sizzling fuzz through a Marshall half-stack, the Grabbers know how to get it done. And getting it done is the name of the game. Well, that and bacon.

Why We Do It.....
Date Released: 4/16/2010
Tracks: 9 Holy Bazallsacks!?!?! Did these grabbers hit the speedy milk pudding inside the doughnut hole of eargasms? Or was it just the other way around? In either case, TBG slices, dices and straight up fries on their third full length album. Between the forced feedings of big fuzz on both LunchCrunch and Vitamin Z, they top it all off with a dollop of Detroit Custard. And what to make of this "Detritus" character? Are these guys just goading us to swallow more? I for one, am hooked. |

The Second Helping
Date Released: 12/21/2009
Tracks: 11 The sophomore release from the seasoned fresh-men. It's obvious from the start they aren't interested in rehashing what they already been digestin. Deliberately more country-fried than their first release, A Second Helping begs two questions, "Just what the hell are these guys eating?" and "What's for dessert?" |

Meat the Forks
Date Released: 11/17/2009
Tracks: 10 This is the debut album produced by SiD Licious in the Oak Street Studio. Well, in all honesty, a basement with microphones. The blankets on the walls did more than just provide a unique olfactory experience; they kept the tone of the entire record warm and fuzzy. Or maybe that was just the hard cider and fungus among us. |
