Before taking the stage name "Lady Annabel", Alice Winston was on the fast track with a promising modelling career right out of High School, doing work for the local retailers. Alice's work got noticed 2 years later and was signed with Renegade Modelling Agency as a runway model for various Alt/Punk/Goth designers.
Everything was looking bright for her, until May 20, 2005 during a show in Ohio, when she tripped on the runway from wearing 8" platform heels she wasn't used to. Shattering her left ankle and slicing her hand open, sealing her future as a model and forcing her to wear a glove to cover the scars.
With a desire to be on stage in the limelight, she began to pursue one of her passions music. Taking vocal lessons for over a year and a half she tried out for the local garage bands. A 3 man act affectionately called "Fetal Maggots" accepted Alice into the band as a female vocalist. Shortly after taking the stage name "Lady Annabel".
Lady Annabel grew tired with "Fetal Maggots" after 5 months and decided to leave the band. Combining a blend of Pop, Techno, and Goth Rock that forms a upbeat dance floor style yet remaining dark and sinister, she broke out on her own.
So far performing at small clubs across the mid-Atlantic. Lady Annabel has produced her first album "Graffiti Rebel" under RA Records!
News
Many fans have wondered if Lady Annabel had vanished or if she quit music all together, but that's not the case. She had surgery a few weeks ago and has been recovering to get the full use of her ankle.
"I'm sorry if everyone thought I just gave up, but at least I got my ankle working 98% again. Well the good news music wise is this past week I was in the studio (RA Records) playing around with a few songs I wrote up and hopefully soon have a new EP out."

With her first album Graffiti Rebel doing moderately well for a new artist, Lady Annabel is posed to release another album in the near future "Perfect Diamond" in hopes of larger success.
A nationwide tour is still up in the air after Perfect Diamond's release.
