Band Bio
Can of Wupazz got its start in the mean streets of Shaker Heights, OH. It all started on a fall day when Leader Guitarist Buzz Larkin and his friends Taurus Olgetree, Freddy Shabazz and Kadima Maleka rocked their first notes in Buzz's parents 4-car garage and since then they've been unleashing their rage on fans worldwide.
The highlight of the band's success came in the summer of 1993 when their rock ballad, "Wakey Wakey. It's Time to Get Up" was played to the crew of the Space Shuttle Endeavor.
The band has released 17 albums since 1986. Their latest, "Threat Level: Orange" hit #1 in the UK, Germany, Indonesia, Taiwan and Canada. In the summer of 2008, they'll release their final album, "The Nixon Chronicles".

The Nixon Chronicles
Date Released: 11/7/2008
Tracks: 14 The final album in an amazing career for Can of Wupazz. The Nixon Chronicles shows the pure musical talent of this group of childhood friends from Shaker Heights, OH. Buzz Larkin is at his best with his guitar, especially on "Two Fiingers 2x (two times)". Look for some unmatched percussion work from Maleka on "Lickin Liddy", untamed bass from Olgtree with "Drinkin Some Pat Nixon" and piercing vocal from Shabazz throughout. This album should only be the first of the last from Can. |

Tracks: 10 Released in the fall of 2003, Threat Level: Orange went 3 times Platinum and won the members of Can of Wupazz more fans around the world. It earned 3 Grammy's, including Album of the Year, and was seen as an anthem to the United States War on Terrorism. The band got a taste of the real war, when they played in Iraq in the fall of 2003 and had to cut their concert short due to enemy mortar attacks. |
