Warhol Soup by Van Q
Date Released 11/28/2009 Sales 5 Listens 6
Augmenting his new-wave, avant-art sound with the grit of urban garage rock, Van Q delivers another experimental masterpiece. The tracks on "Warhol Soup" are more guitar driven than his past work, but the new bohemia abstractions are still strong on tracks like "Fonzy Scheme", "Anticipating Neon" & "Tazed and Diffused".

"This album is terrific. Great album cover (accentuated by Van's wearing of a Figment t-shirt, which did not go unnoticed by this reviewer), incredible song titles and a wonderful album description. Another fine outing from Mr. Q. Buy this album!"
Eric"Tazed and Diffused, Diablo Mojo, and Red Velvet Pony are among the band's best songs. Nicely done!!"
TMTYTF"Van Q is not only an artist he's a musical visionary. Every song on "Warhol Soup" is a work of art and breaks new sound. In fact, I plan on framing my original copy and buying another to actually listen to! I mean who else writes songs like "Fonzy Scheme", "Tazed and Diffused", "Face Full of Dust" or "Equal Librium"? Nobody, that's who. Only Van Q...only Van Q!"
